"Unforgettable" follows Carrie Wells (Poppy Montgomery), a prior police detective that has a remembrance that is flawless and can remember each place, person and thing. However, in that place is one thing that she can't remember. That is the particulars that could solve her sister's massacre that happened a long time since. Carrie has tried everything she could swindle to put it behind her, boundary when she is reunited with her ex-boyfriend Al Burns (Dylan Walsh) and participant when she is a consultant in killing of a human being case. Carrie starts to feel at home root on the case and decides to have existence with Al's unit as a detective. Meanwhile, up~ her off time, she researches the clues from her sister's murder. She just needs to remember the particulars.
